Public Building — Maintenance

Periodic maintenance and refresh of a 500 m² public building in Tuzla. The contract covers regular surface condition surveys and scheduled interventions throughout the year.

Paint was refreshed in high-traffic zones — halls, staircases and common rooms. Damage to walls and ceilings from normal building use was repaired.

Work was carried out with minimal disruption, mainly at weekends and outside business hours. The client receives an annual report and recommendations for the next maintenance cycle.
