Apartment Renovation

Complete renovation of an 85 m² apartment in Sarajevo — from removing old finishes to handing over a move-in ready space. The owner wanted one contract for all finishing works without coordinating multiple trades.

Painting was carried out in all rooms, wallpapers installed in the living room, laminate and bathroom tiles laid. Drywall partitions were used to reorganise the hallway and bedroom layout.

The apartment was handed over on the agreed deadline with clean rooms and written workmanship guarantees. The owner could proceed immediately with furnishing and move-in.
