Facades

The facade is a building's first impression and key to energy efficiency. We carry out complete facade works — from EPS or mineral wool insulation to the final coat of paint or decorative render.

Before work begins we assess the existing substrate, plan access (scaffolding or platforms) and select systems suited to BiH climate conditions. We pay special attention to expansion joints, window frames and waterproofing.

We execute work in agreed phases with regular quality checks. On completion the facade is protected, colours are uniform and ready for years of use with minimal maintenance.
